We Fulfil Orders Same Day

Although we strive to get the delivery to you next day, there are circumstances out of our control such as the speed of the delivery service and weekends which delay orders

We will update you on your order

After you order, there is no need to contact us. We will keep you updated on your order each step of the way. Please only contact us if you do not hear from us at all within a reasonable amount of time.

Refunds and Returns

If you have an issue with any item, please email us. info@boba-tastic.uk and we will try sort out any issues you may have.

In accordance with the distance selling regulations applicable to perishable and semi-perishable commodities, you are not able to return the order if you simply change your mind for what ever reason.

You may return your order at your cost (cost of postage) within 14 days if you consider the order to be inedible due to process failure. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

This does not affect your statuary right.


Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned items and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you have been approved then your refund will be processed. Please allow 3 working days for this to go back on your payment card.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after receiving your confirmation email ( please note in busy periods this may take longer), you will receive another email once your order has been dispatched.

The shipping charges will be displayed at time of checkout with our flat rate of £4.50 and small items at £2.99, we use evri with photo proof of delivery.

Instore pick up

We do offer if local to us for free pick up and we aim for your items to be ready for you the same day. We will email you when your order is ready and how to find us.

International Shipping

At this time we do not offer international shipping due to the costs and the length of time our products would be in the postal system for.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email to confirm your order and one when we ship your order, this email will have your tracking number on so you can track your order with the delivery company.

If you still haven’t received your order, please email us at info@boba-tatsic.uk with your order number and name and we can chase this for you.
