Tapioca balls need to be cooked before added to your boba tea. Boiler a pan of water and add you tapioca balls. You’ll see they will start to float to the top of the water, bring the water to a medium heat and let them cook for 25mins keep stirring. After 25mins take off the heat and let them simmer for another 20mins.

These balls have a chewy texture to them and do not burst like the popping juice balls.
